Dear Globe Customer:
On Thursday, April 6th 2017, our Globe Loan branches located in Ottumwa and Iowa City will close. All accounts currently maintained at this branch will be transferred to our Des Moines branch. Your accounts will be transferred automatically to the branch. No action by you will be necessary. Globe Loan will continue to make loans and service your account.

We offer many convenient ways for you to make your payment:
1. Pay online at https://www.globeacceptance.com. You will need your account number and the Last 4 of SS#. Once online, you will be asked to confirm your name and address and edit the information to include a phone number and email address in order to continue and make a payment.
2. Mail a check or money order to the address on your payment coupons, Globe Acceptance, Inc, PO Box 65400, West Des Moines, IA 50265.
3. Call in your payment with a debit or credit card, 515-225-9067X4.
4. Set up your payment to be automatically debited from your credit card or debit card.
Your payment due date remains the same. There are no changes to the terms of your contract. Please call if your payment is not going to arrive on time.
